Dieting Simplified Into Elementary Rules
Don’t believe the hype surrounding the latest crash diets and fads. There is no magic formula to losing weight; it’s simple science. Burn off more calories than you take in will result in weight loss every time. Here are the easiest ways to do that.
Start the day as you mean to go on, with either a walk, a jog or a run. The ideal breakfast is something light like a nutritional bar or some fruit, then so your cardio exercise.
This is the best time of day to exercise as it gets you going and boosts your metabolism. It’s one of the easiest ways to burn off those calories, and also tone you up. Take along a running partner or even an iPod to make the time pass quicker.
Now for the good bit; time to start eating more! By forgetting the three square meals a day a lark and eating a smaller meal 6 times a day means you will never over eat as you will be less hungry.
Eat at least one large portion of vegetables every day. Yes, I know the experts say 5 but for some that just isn’t possible. Also have 2 portions of protein. This will further boost your metabolism and won’t give you that bloated feeling so many of us get after meals.
You can, of course, treat yourself to an occasional hamburger, or ice cream or candy bar, but remember too many of these will reverse all the hard work that you’ve put in and the pounds will start to pile back on.
Be patient with your body, you are completely changing the routine that it is used to. As soon as you start burning off those calories, you will weigh less, look great and feel great.
You will have to be committed to your new regime to shift the weight and tone up. The first couple of weeks will be the hardest, then it will get a lot easier, trust me.
Besides nutrition, this writer also frequently shares writing on night vision binoculars and range finder binocular.
