Yes. That is so true. But not many people are willing to believe it.
You could eat 2400 calories in a day, everyday of only sugar and lard and you won’t gain a single ounce of fat.

Most people don’t have the willpower to go from eating what they’re used to, to only half portions, especially those who eat the majority of their meals away from home. I’d recommend easing into this sort of diet. Start out by putting what you think would normally fill you up on your plate, and then discard take 1/5 of it off. Do this for a week and then take 2/5 of it away. An abrupt approach to a diet like this will be short-lived if your willpower can’t hold up.
Too true. I think people hide behind ‘losing weight is too confusing for me’. It’s simple. If you exercise and only eat when you’re actually hungry, you’ll lose weight. I love when you said ‘diets only work if you do’ – your will power over yourself is the only thing that will make you lose weight.

Steve said it doesn’t matter when you eat as long as your burning off more calories than your taking in you’ll lose weight. So yes, you can eat before bed!
he said in the video – does not matter when you eat – meaning you can eat whenever you want as long as you watch your caloric intake. take this advice as this is how it works – he explains u can eat candybars all day and still lose weight. does not mean u should eat candybars allday. hes just telling you how it works

Thanks Steve your videos are great! I don’t get the Kristie thing though either, she has lost a good amount of weight shes not “big” anymore. But I do have a quick question if you or someone else can answer it. What if you do cut down portion sizes but rarely exercise, can you still see effective weight loss?
Never mind that last question. I saw the video Working out Vs. Eating, definitly answered my question. lol Better put my treadmill and workout DVD to good use
