You have to be very, very careful when talking to girls about their weight. You could push her into a lifetime of yo-yo dieting and hating herself. Or you could trigger anorexia or bulimia in a susceptible child. Before you do anything, look up the latest research on obesity and girls. Scientific American had a very good, very alarming article about it some months ago. You can probably find it online.
Remove all junk food from the house, so then there will be no tempetation. Replace them with tons of fresh fruits and veggies!
Hope this helped! (:
Offer to do the grocery shopping someday and buy healthy stuff. If you’re still concerned, talk to your parents
If UR SISTER TRuly cares about her wight and doenst want to get made fun of she needs to lay off fattening foods and eat more foods and she really needs to watch wat she eats and needs too start being wayy more active im going through the same problem and i just recently signed up 4 the gym and im way more active and i eat lil amounts of food throughout the day also if you sister isnt listening u should sit her down and tell her everything that can happen to her like diabetics heart attack and so on it should scare her and shell wanna loose weight
