I am working on a project in school, im not a doctor, but the first thing you need to do is find the root of your problem. is it food? is it lack of exercise? Once you recognize the problem, you can take the apporopiate measures to tackle it,whether it be eating healthier or getting more exercise. You also need to set clear goals. use a calendar with the date you start and the day you want to reach your goal. Set a easy goal at first, 10 lbs a month or something you know you can do

@purpletigerlover Losing weight has nothing to do with money. In fact i dont believe in going gyms it just a waste of money. Go out for jogs or walks, go swimming if you can. DO NOT not eat breakfast. its the most important meal of the day. You have to work off what you put in and you’ll lose weight
