Too much of anything is not good. Balance your meals with vegetables and other meats and fish. Fish and shellfish are high in Omega acids which are wonderful sometimes it has too much mercury though. Eat fish twice per week.

Nothing (food wise) in and of itself is bad. Eating a lot of it can be bad, though, calorie wise, if you are trying to lose weight. Some foods would take a lot more than others before they are “bad”. There are calorie calculators on the web. Google for one. Or read the nutrition information on the food packages.
All good foods. However smoked fish is high in sodium
so you may retain fluid weight if you are salt-sensitive.

Generally speaking, fish is good because it’s high in protein and loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fat and Omega-3 fatty acids (some fish also have Omega-6’s). If you want to lose weight you need to eat more protein and less carbs, but don’t cut carbs out altogether. Fresh fruits and veggies and whole grain breads/cereals/pasta are the best source of carbs for weight loss.
Shrimp don’t really count as fish, but they’re not bad for you and they do have protein. The salmon and the mackerel would be better. Only concern is smoked fish — you’re adding nitrites that you don’t need, so you’d be better off with fresh or frozen that you just grill or broil yourself.
