well i am a vergetarian, what can i do to replace my protien

eat fish lol orrrrrrrrrr u can get protien from nuts and stuff like that ccashew nuts are great for that
my family criticizes my vegetarian diet every day saying that I won’t get the right proteins I need and that I’ll get sick and have to start eating meat again. is it rue?

Definitely not. I’m vegetarian, and all you have to do is eat more nuts, beans and stuff like that. You definitely won’t get sick; a vegetarian diet allows you to be more safely protected against diseases than an omnivorous one does. It’s way healthier too, and you stay slimmer more easily.
Cook your family a lovely healthy yummie veggy meal. Use different source of proteine (see camisadolee93) and tell your parents about the nutritional value of your food and maybe compare it one of the meals they’ve cooked the other day. Show them that you are very sensible about your food choices so they will start to worry less. Maybe also point out to them what too much (red) meat does to joints, heart and arteries…. good luck!

It’s not realistic for most people to use only whites of eggs as they can’t afford not to use the whole egg that they have paid for and what else could you use only the yolks for when on a diet.
because eggs are so expensive! come on, are you buying the golden eggs?

Never, ever, ever, ever reduce your calories. When you don’t take enough cals in, your body goes into fat storing mode. So, when you start eating again, you gain more weight than you wanted to lose. Always eat calories consist of your body-type ( vegie carb type, or protein type ). Never diet. You may be losing weight on that dieting your eating, but trust me, you’re going to be craving those things you don’t want anymore. That’s why we eat fats to give us fuel from eating those things.
So, people are shallow because they want to take care of themselves, eat as our ancestors ( not processed junk ), maybe exercise a bit daily is a bad thing? Let’s just be slobs all day and sit on the couch, or computer and eat shit all day as well. Great advice friend, great advice!
Well I have no idea of where to start, 2 weeks ago I started taking this pills to loose weight and I felt so sick instead but I do know I lost a couple of pounds but am not sure if it was because of the pills or because I stopped eating junk food and soda.. Anyway am not taking anything right now but am Trying to eat smaller portions. Help?
