I’m 5′6 and 190 lbs. Just curious if anyone knows how many points i should be eating in a day. I try to stay around the realm 1500-2000 calories a day, but i don’t get much exercise. If anyone has any weight loss tips that helped them I would love to hear it! I’ve had two babies and the weight just doesn’t wanna seem to come off. And has anyone heard of the weight loss drug Phydremine? Thanks for any suggestions!

Check it out! *********************** Here’s the low-down on what I’m doing to lose weight and how it works. 1. Figure out what your “maintain weight” calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day. 2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week. 3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day. (4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.) FROM THE VIDEO: The salad is: 1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach 2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing 1/2 Tomato, sliced 1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese = around 110-130 calories :D YUM! Get in Shape! A great new years resolution. People spend hundreds of millions of dollars buying gym memberships and fitness equipment this time of year in preparation for their new years resolutions but you dont have to. Getting in shape doesnt require money, just knowledge and dedication and this video will put you on the road to fitness. In this video I will show you how to achieve your new years resolution of losing weight and getting stronger with a simple 30 minute home workout. This video assumes that you have no experience with fitness or weightlifting so dont worry, we are not going to use any intimidating equipment. You will feel better and have more energy after your very first workout! OK, now for our workout, there are only three exercises – crunches for abs, pushups for chest, shoulders and triceps, and pullups for lats and biceps. diet tips?

does anyone have any good diet tips? please dont tell me just diet and exercise because i already know that. im 16… im not paranoid about my weight just looking to get in a little better shape for summer. keep in mind that i play soccer about 3 or 4 times a week. also i dont eat ANY veggies. not one. i know its sad, so i take a multivitamin instead.
any tips are appreciated… thanks so much!
