Stomach Fitness Exercises

Number one is elbow to knee workout, Lay flat on your back and raise your feet straight up. Bring your hands behind your knee. Bring your right elbow to your left knee then bring it back down. Then, pull your elbow as close as you can to your right knee. Then lower it down. Do this ten times.
You will need two dumbbells for the second exercise. Lay flat on your back while holding the dumbbells on each hand. Start with your right hand up to the ceiling and the left hand on your shoulder blade. Pull the right dumbbell to your shoulder blade and push the left dumbbell up to the ceiling. Repeat this ten times.
The third exercise targets the middle part of your abs. Lay down on the floor with your knees bent. Inhale gently and your belly should pooch upward to the ceiling. Breath out gently and feel you belly button go down to your ribcage.
For the fourth exercise you will need a mat and two 70 lbs dumbbells on the floor. Stick your toes underneath the dumbbell handles and fold your knees. Try to stand up while placing both hands on your chest. First thing that you need to do is to lie down flat on the mat then pull your chest to your knees. From sitting position, put the pressure on your abs and your legs and pull yourself up on a standing position. From a standing position, gently sit down by folding your knees first and then lay down on the floor.
Fifth exercise focuses on the side abdominal muscles. Lie on your back and place your hands at the back of your neck. Pull up your upper body. Bring your right knee up. Raise your left leg off the ground while keeping it straight. Pull your right knee as close as you can to your left elbow. Keep moving it back and forth. Make sure not to flap your elbow across your body.
