ok well your self about your starving yourself screwed, because if you can eat to gain weight faster. now in good shape you eat small meals and from 5 to 6 meals per day and for snacks only vegetables and fruit, it will be hard, but you’ll love the results and try to stick with water as much as possible instead of pop or be alcohol. now to sound sexy and a lot of heart as you walk on the right track for two miles or bike for a few and even swim to make just about anything that beat you to burn calories. now lift weights to build some small muscles here and there a few muscles and build dont take any diet pills are a most Hox.
