I need to lose a lil weight now that I am done smoking. Does anyone have any suggestions in regards to aiding that? I know to exercise and eat well but other than that I am looking for someone that has seen good results with some sort of pill/aide.

keeping a count of your fat intake by reading the labels and being contious of what you’re eating. Also burn more calories than you take in. And if you don’t like committing to 30 minutes of exercise like me, then try to do 6 sessions of 5 minute fat burning exercises. Some tips for choosing loss weight camps

Weight loss camps are growing in popularity more and more as the obesity epidemic grows each year.  People often think of a place to send overweight children when the idea of a loss weight camp comes to mind, but these loss weight camps actually exist for adults as well.  If you are desperate to lose weight, one of these camps might be your answer, but loss weight camps aren’t right for everybody.

A loss weight camp is a big commitment.  Chances are you will be spending thousands of dollars as well as giving up quite a few weeks of your life, to have someone tell you what you can and can’t eat, as well as being forced to exercise.  A loss weight camp should be a last resort for people that have tried other weight loss options that just didn’t stick.

The biggest danger involved with an adult loss weight camp, is that sometimes the weight loss doesn’t stick.  The reason the weight loss doesn’t stick is that although loss weight camps promote healthy eating and lots of exercise while you’re at the camp, they often don’t teach you how to apply these strategies  to everyday life, so once you leave the loss weight camp the stress of real life can drive  you back into old habits almost immediately.
