If you are going to tell someone how to lose weight .You should not have an over weight person telling you how to do it!!!!!!!!!That is just my opinion
i’m 14 , and around 5′6 . i weigh around 150 pounds. i’m tall for a girl and i’ve been told i’m not fat. i’ve lost weight since primary school and stuff but i really want to lose more. i feel horrible around my friends and my confidence is crap tbh. will walking 2 miles from school everyday help ? thanks alot
I made this video almost 2 years ago and am down another 20 plus pounds, I started out at 245 so I have come a long way, True weight loss takes time and is hard, and as you all can see people can be cruel all you can do is keep your chin up and not give up.
well agreed!
my jym class is an hour and a half and we actually do a lot but i dont see a difference although befor i had like noo activity
I am 14, 5′3 and weight 113 pounds which isn’t unhealthy & i exercise for about 2hours a day 5 days a week but I am still uncomfortable with my body because I figure skate & have to wear the tiny dresses & when all the people around me are a size 0 & i am a size 3 it just makes me feel worse
dude ur skinny
i am young and exercise literally 7 days a week for 1.5 hrs everyday!!! I still have some extra weight that is hard to loose. i am not fat, just a bit heavier then “skinny People”
this would not really help and telling teans that our metabolism is high doesnt help. we teens tend to eat unhealthy because we think we all have a high metabolism which is extremly untrue. thats why there are a lot of over weight teens or girls with muffin tops and just as content. its starting to bug me.
@isaiahcansang uhm. i think most of the teens don’t know what metabolism even is. they just eat because they want too.
@beachbabe2185 don’t wok out 7 days a week if u do that u don’t give your body the recovery time it REALLY needs.. 3-4times a week is perfect.
@illidin25 well i am a teen and i know that most of kids i was in high school with knew what metabolism was because we learned iit in biology. now, whether they actually used this knowledge i dont know lol.
lol
@Gnarlycardz hahahahaha init
What stupid fat b*. All I had to hear was the beginning…”teenagers don’t need to change their diet, they just have to move more.” Can you be any more stupid? Fat Loss is 100% what you eat and nothing more. Cardio, of any type, has NOTHING to do with fat loss. To lose weight, eat less less calories then you burn! THATS IT! Cardio is healthy, but has nothing to do with fat loss.
I hate her
@ObamaIsDaAntiChrist actually running for 25 minutes and no more puts yer body into an anaerobic state which burns fat instead of if you went for like an hour run which would put your body int an aerobic state which is burning calories
@Southerngirl7100 Listen. I’m slightly overweight, and it annoys me that you’re bitching and moaning and comparing yourself to others. Everyone could use improvement. RELAX!

That doesn’t mean she isn’t a health expert.
